Getting Started

When should I start pumping breast milk?

You can start pumping after your baby is born. If breastfeeding is going well, it’s best to wait until you and your baby feel comfortable before pumping regularly. If your baby is premature, unwell, or unable to latch, start expressing milk as soon as possible and aim for 8–12 sessions in 24 hours, including once at night. Hospital staff or a lactation specialist can help guide you.

How do I choose the right pump or flange size?

Using the correct flange size helps improve comfort and milk output. Measure your nipple size and choose the flange or insert that fits best. It’s normal for each breast to need a different size. Please refer to our Flange Size Guide to find your correct fit.

Where can I buy smaller flange sizes?

Once you know your correct size, you can add the appropriate flange insert to your cart.

Available flange inserts in our shop: 13 mm, 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, and 21 mm. (Flange Insert)

Pump Usage & Features

What pump modes are available and how do I know which one to use?

Our breast pumps offer different modes to suit your needs:

  • Massage Mode – helps stimulate let-down

  • Expression Mode – adjustable suction for efficient milk expression

  • Auto Mode – starts with massage then switches to expression

  • Lactation Mode (available on select models) – mimics a baby’s natural sucking pattern and is helpful when breastfeeding on one side and pumping on the other

You can switch modes anytime to find what feels most comfortable.

Can I breastfeed on one side while pumping on the other?

Yes. Our wearable pump design allows you to pump while breastfeeding since there are no external tubes or bottles. For best comfort, use wearable cups, especially for models like FLOW M1.

Does the breast pump turn off automatically?

Yes. Most models have an auto shut-off after 20 minutes. The FLOW S12 model has a 30-minute auto shut-off.

Cleaning, Sterilizing & Storage

How do I clean and sterilize my breast pump?

Cleaning:

  • Disassemble the pump carefully

  • Wipe the motor with a dry or sanitizing wipe (do not wash or submerge)

  • Wash cups, flange, valve, and diaphragm with warm soapy water

  • Rinse thoroughly and prepare for sterilization

Sterilizing:Pump parts (except the motor) can be sterilized by:

  • Boiling in hot water (up to 100°C, max 5 minutes only)

  • Using a standard sterilizer (do not exceed 100°C and avoid long auto cycles)

⚠️ Over-sterilizing or long heat exposure may damage the parts.

Do I need to sterilize pump parts after every use?

Yes. Cleaning and sterilizing after each use helps prevent milk residue and bacteria buildup, keeping everything safe for your baby.

How should I store my pump after cleaning and sterilizing?

Make sure all parts are completely dry before storing. Keep your pump in a clean, dry, and cool place. You may use the pouch included in the box or a pump bag. Cooler bags or wet bags are also great options for keeping your pump and accessories organized and protected.

Replacement Parts & Accessories

Why do pump parts need to be replaced regularly?

Consumable parts such as the silicone valve and diaphragm wear out over time. Replacing them every 1–3 months, depending on usage, helps maintain strong suction and optimal pump performance.

Why doesn’t the pump come with many accessories?

To keep our pumps affordable, we include only essential items. Accessories are sold separately so you can buy only what you need and avoid paying for unused extras.
