Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Nationwide shipping is available at a flat rate of PHP 200.00.
For Metro Manila orders, same-day delivery is available at a flat rate of PHP 250.00 for orders paid on or before 2:00 PM, subject to availability. Delivery operations are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
International shipping is available through DHL or standard post. Shipping fees are automatically calculated upon checkout based on the package weight and delivery location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

Products verified to have a manufacturing defect
Requests for size exchanges must be submitted within 7 days from receipt of the order. Return and reshipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations for moms and babies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes in style, color, or personal preference. Breast pumps and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used unless verified to have a covered manufacturing defect.
All items are checked and photographed before dispatch as proof of their condition. Confirming and paying for an order means that the buyer has read and accepted these terms.
No refunds are allowed due to the hygienic nature of our products. Verified manufacturing defects will be handled through troubleshooting, replacement, or warranty service, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
