After-Care & Ongoing Support

Warranty Coverage (Breast Pump Motor Only)


1) 30-Day Replacement

If your FLOW breast pump motor is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Motor malfunction due to factory defects

  • Power-related issues caused by factory defects

Not Covered:

  • Accidental drops or impact damage

  • Liquid or moisture damage

  • Improper use or handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear


2) 1-Year Limited Warranty

FLOW breast pump motors are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covered:

  • Motor failure caused by factory defects

  • Abnormal motor noise due to manufacturing defects

  • Power or charging issues resulting from factory defects

Not Covered:

  • Improper use or mishandling

  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture

  • Use of incompatible chargers or accessories

  • Battery performance degradation over time

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications


3) Warranty Terms

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Products used for rental, commercial use, or resale may void warranty eligibility.

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the breast pump motor only unless otherwise specified.


4) How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To process your warranty request, please prepare the following:

Required Information

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, receipt, or invoice)

  • Description of the issue encountered

  • Photos or videos showing the concern (if requested by our support team)
